PAYMENT - We require full payment at time of reservation - so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Submit" on the confirmation page – we do not “hold” spots. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. CANCELLATION POLICY – Refunds can be issued to guests cancelling their participation in a program, if 14 days advance notice is provided. If Great Parks of Hamilton County cancels a program, refunds are issued in full. A valid Great Parks of Hamilton County Motor Vehicle Permit is required to enter the parks. Otto Armleder Memorial Park and Fernbank Park are cooperative ventures with the City of Cincinnati; a Motor Vehicle Permit is not required.
