Mini Triathlon - Single Kayak
Discover your inner tri-athelete! Start a new tradition and challenge yourself, family and friends to Great Parks' mini triathlon! We will walk/run approximately (1.7 miles), bike (3.4 miles) and paddle (1 mile) our way to a celebration that awaits the tri-athletes at the finish line. Try it solo in a kayak or form a team of up to three in a canoe! Canoes, kayaks and paddle equipment are all provided or you can choose to bring your own licensed canoe or kayak, paddles and/or USCG approved Type III life jacket. (There will be a section in the registration process to specify your choice.) All participants are responsible for providing bicycles and helmets. Pre-registration is required. Participants under 18 will need a signed parent waiver and participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire program. Minimum age is 8 years old for canoes and 10 years old for kayaks with a participating adult. Space is limited! Winton Woods/Harbor ($24/person, register by 5/22) Registration is closed Cancelled
