Holidays on the Farm

Step back from the holiday hustle into your new tradition of winter wonder and wildlife at Holidays on the Farm! From lighted wagon rides to meet-and-greets with Santa, this magical escape is sure to create lasting memories for the whole family.

Under the glow of glimmering lights, enjoy pony rides, carolers, farm animals, Santa’s reindeer, a cheer garden, food trucks, open firepits and so much more! Grab a hot cocoa and shop for gifts at Vendor Village, stroll through the twinkling tunnel, be dazzled by dancing horses, test your curling skills and remind Scrooge it’s all BAAAA and no humbug at Holidays on the Farm!

Outdoor Adventure Expo | Kid's Day

Discover all the thrills of the great outdoors right in your backyard! Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just starting to explore outdoor activities, our Outdoor Adventure Expo is for you. From archery, climbing, and disc golf to biking, boating, and fishing, there's something for guests of all ages to enjoy during this wide-open weekend.

It’s all about kids on Friday! Bring your youngest friends and family members for an entire day dedicated to introducing children to the wonders of outdoor exploration and adventure! Children will engage in activities such as fishing, rock wall, golf, biking, paddling and more for free!

Bike Rodeo

Meet the Great Parks Rangers and learn about bike safety for a wheelie exciting afternoon! Kids ages 4–12 and their families will enjoy fun activities, education stations, contests, and an obstacle course. Kids must bring their own bikes. There will be a helmet giveaway while supplies last, courtesy of the Ohio AAP's "Put a Lid on It" bike safety campaign.

Hispanic Heritage Festival

Join in the fourth annual vibrant celebration honoring the rich history, culture and contributions of the Hispanic and Latinx communities. Various community organizations will be on-site to share about programs and their work within Hamilton County.

We are thrilled to collaborate with Miles for Monarchs for the Great Parks Pollinator 5k at 2 p.m. The Pollinator 5k is a timed, family-friendly run that allows you to support the Miles for Monarchs campaign – a nationwide effort designed to engage participants in personal wellness while supporting monarch butterfly conservation. National Night Out

Join the Great Parks Rangers and other regional first responders for an evening of community comradery at this fun and free event! Regional first responders will be on site to speak about their role in protecting our community and show off their specialized equipment. Hear from agencies like the FBI, the Hamilton County Police Association (HPCA) SWAT team, the Bomb Squad, K-9 units, and local fire and EMS. Bring the whole family to get an up-close look at emergency vehicles, including fire engines, ambulances, and armored rescue vehicles. Great Parks employees will share information about their work in conservation, natural resource protection, animal care and more. Enjoy games, music and complementary food while getting to know the dedicated individuals who protect our community's neighborhoods and public lands!
