Take this very personalized opportunity with your child to brush and decorate a real pony! Learn how to care for ponies. Wear old clothes and be prepared to get messy. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Register by one day in advance.

Garden Builders

Date: April 22 Time: 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Dig in at the garden construction site to build homes for garden friends like insects, toads and birds. Plant some seeds and check back throughout the spring and summer to see what moves into the homes. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Register by April 21.

City Nature Challenge: Wild About Wildflowers

Interested in participating in citizen science? Learn about this year’s City Nature Challenge bioblitz and how you can participate. Take a walk on the wild side of Parky’s Farm as we search for wildflowers. Discover which spring wildflowers we can expect to find this time of year and take a walk through the woods to seek them. We recommend downloading the iNaturalist app on your smartphone prior to attending.

City Nature Challenge: Creepy Crawly Insects

Date: April 29 Time: 1 p.m.
Price: Free Ages: All ages
