Learn to safely preserve summer flavors to savor later. Learn the water bath canning method for preserving produce, then seal the deal with tastings and canned goodies to take home.

Gather and share in the summer's bounty by picking your own flowers, veggies, and herbs. Enjoy seasonal sips during your thyme in the garden and take home recipes to relish. Each family picks a limited amount of produce and a small bouquet. Produce and flower availability vary weekly.
