This one is for the birds! Join a USA Archery Instructor for our Basic Compound Bow program with a Thanksgiving twist! Archers will explore the basics of shooting a compound bow, the archery steps to success and take on a Thanksgiving-themed archery challenge. (Don't worry... no turkeys will be harmed!) All equipment is provided.

Take part in this annual series of challenging and educational hikes, ranging from four to 5.5 miles, with informative stops to explore the parks' natural history and unique features. All hikes last about two hours and conclude with soup, cookies and camaraderie. New this year, guests may select a themed winter hike experience (see below) or opt for the standard winter hike. Registration is required for each hike attended. When registered, the selected hiking group will appear in the confirmation email, which hikers should have ready at check-in. Hikers will receive a button with space to commemorate each registered hike with a sticker throughout the series. Children must be accompanied by a paid adult.

An accessible hike is available at this location on a paved multi-use trail. To request an accessible hike, call 513-521-7275 at least five days in advance.
