Operation Outdoors: Adventure Camp

From paddles to pathways, this camp is packed with wild experiences and new outdoor skills! During this unforgettable week, campers join a crew of explorers to climb high, hike the trails, paddle across the water and take aim at the archery range, all while forging friendships, making memories and finding their inner trailblazers.

Cost: $325 Age(s): 10-14
Location: Miami Whitewater Forest | Visitor Center

Recurring:
June 1-5 | 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
June 22-26 | 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

*Before and after care are available for Operation Outdoors camps at $30 per week, per camper. Indicate your choice when registering. Before care is 7:30-9 a.m. and after care is 4-5:30 p.m.

Float Camp

Learn what it takes to kayak, canoe and paddleboard on the newly improved Sharon Lake! Campers develop navigation, rescue and other skills needed for paddling success, plus enjoy crafts and games when off the water. By the end of the week, campers are ready to take their new skills and knowledge on an adventure down the Little Miami River.

Cost: $320 Age(s): 10-15

Survival in the Wild

Does your camper have what it takes to survive in the wild? Campers will be challenged in the art of shelter building, fire starting and exploring the park's unknown areas, while also enjoying fun games and learning to craft solar cookers and water filters. By the end of the week, they understand their basic needs and what skills are required for survival.

Cost: $220 Age(s): 8-12

Advanced Survival in the Wild

Take survival skills to the next level! Campers build shelters that can withstand nature's elements, use flint and steel to start fires and paddle out onto Sharon Lake. After becoming "lost" in the woods, campers finish the week as true survivalists!
