Prospective bow hunting applicants must disclose any violations of federal, state, local or park by-laws related to hunting on the bow hunting application. If this disclosure reveals violations that are considered misdemeanors and the offenses occurred within the previous twelve (12) months, the individual's application shall not be considered. However, if no intervening offenses occur, the applicant may reapply and shall be eligible for the next available season.
If the applicant fails to disclose any hunting violation, they may not be considered for participation and could be removed from the Controlled Bow Hunting Program.
Applicants for the Controlled Bow Hunting Program convicted of any hunting violations that would be considered felonies are ineligible to participate in the program. By accepting, you confirm that you have not been convicted of any hunting violation resulting in a felony.
Applicants under the age of 18 must have a responsible adult submit their separate application.
