Programs designed specifically for homeschool students are offered in the fall, winter and spring. Dates, times and locations vary by season. Homeschool group leaders may also request a private program by contacting schoolprograms@greatparks.org.

Homeschool Science: Getting Heated

Staying warm in cold weather requires critters to get creative. For voles and other animals, layers of snow can act as nature’s blankets! Sample these wild strategies for yourself, test your own heat hypotheses and learn new ways to stay roasty-toasty.
